Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the V Path Call Assistant app and service, operated by V PATHing Enterprise LLC (“VPathing,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. Description of Service

V Path Call Assistant is an AI call-screening service. It answers and screens your incoming calls, takes voicemails, and transcribes and summarizes calls on your behalf, then notifies you (including by SMS and push notification) about activity on your assistant line.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and use only a phone number you own or are authorized to control. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

• V Path Call Assistant is offered on subscription plans (for example, Basic, Pro, and Secretary), available on monthly, six-month, or annual terms. The price and term are shown before you subscribe.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method for the plan you select.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price for the applicable term until canceled.
• Your carrier’s standard message and data rates may apply to SMS notifications.

4. SMS and Push Notifications

If you opt in, we send recurring SMS and push notifications summarizing calls and voicemails handled by your assistant line. Message frequency varies with your call activity. Reply STOP to cancel SMS at any time, or HELP for help.

5. Refunds and Cancellation

You may cancel at any time, and refunds are available as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Ending Your Account

You can delete your account at any time in the app (Settings → Delete account) or by contacting us. With a paid subscription you can delete it now, which cancels the subscription immediately, or at the end of your paid period, which keeps the service until then and stops it renewing. Either way you are not charged again. When the account is deleted, its assistant phone numbers are released: they can’t be recovered, or ported to another provider, afterwards. Your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, and refunds as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the service lawfully and only for a number you are authorized to control, and not to abuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other users’ data.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. Call screening, transcription, and AI-generated summaries may contain errors and should not be relied upon as a complete or accurate record. To the fullest extent permitted by law, V PATHing Enterprise LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
